Annual Scout Fellowship Dinner
2009
Friday 16th
January.
Jean Mote has kindly agreed to organise this years dinner and we have decided to go back to the Britannia Inn, Alcombe where we last went some years ago.
The menu is as below:
Starter
Pate on toast or
Vegetable soup or
Prawn cocktail
Main Course
Roast beef or
Salmon in sauce or
Vegetarian option
Desert
Choice of desert from menu of the
day
The cost will be £18/head and I need to know numbers by the 5th January together with your preferences please.
I am pleased to report that Terry
Mote has returned safely after another trip to Everest Base camp and above. He
told our local reporter that he could have probable gone to the top if he had
had a better trainer! But that’s another story!
Finally it only remains
to wish you and all your families a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy and
Peaceful New Year.
Thank
you all for your contributions to West Somerset Scouting in
2008.
